Voici une pâtisserie nommée Trains de plaisir. Elles sont faites à partir de biscuits cuillère, de crème au beurre chocolat et de pailleté chocolat.
This is a pastry named Trains de plaisir (I have not yet found the English name for them). The discs on the inside are made of the same dough as sponge fingers and they are layered with chocolate buttercream and rolled in chocolate crumbs.
