Voici l'Opéra! Depuis le début de la session, l'Opéra est sans doute le meilleur entremets que nous ayons préparé. Pour ceux qui ne le connaissent pas, il est constitué de couches superposées de biscuit joconde imbibé au sirop café, de crème au beurre chocolatée et de ganache au chocolat noir. Le tout recouvert d'un miroir chocolat. Fraîchement préparé, il est complètement décadent!
Here's the Opera! Since the beginning of the semester, I have to admit that the Opera is probably the best entremet that we have prepared. For those who are not familiar with it, it is composed of three layers of joconde biscuit soaked with a coffee syrup, two layers of chocolate buttercream and a dark chocolate ganache. It is then covered with chocolate mirror icing. Freshly prepared, this piece is completely sinful!
